Wai Sik Mau (or Greedy Cat) is one of the hottest spots in Kwai Chung Plaza, thanks to its made-to-order Taiwanese pancakes, generously packed to the brim with savoury goodies! We recommend the assorted pancake (no. S1 on the menu) packed with bacon, sausage, cheese, crab sticks and more! Just a heads up — be ready to wait for one of these bad boys.
