By participating in the Sassy Hong Kong Reader Survey 2024, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Sassy Hong Kong Reader Survey 2024 Terms And Conditions:

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions or instructions stated where the promotion is advertised.

The Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Sassy Media Group Limited.

Promotion Period: The competition commences on 05/06/2024 and runs until 26/06/2024.

1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in Hong Kong.
2. It will be Sassy Media Group’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.
3. The winner will be drawn from all eligible entries by Tuesday, 2 July, 2024. The winner will be notified thereafter using the contact information provided in their entry form. Failure to make successful contact after 7 days will result in a new prize draw and a new winner.
4. Everyone who completes the Sassy Hong Kong 2024 survey, and answers the tie-breaker question, will have a chance to win a three-day, two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bali for two people. Flights are not included.
5. This prize is valid for one year after the winner is announced.
6. The prize is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged or converted to cash. Guests are to pay separately for any additional night’s stay, meals, and other rental items or services. The prize may not be redeemed as an event venue. Low season only with dates subject to availability. Blackout dates July 2024 to August 2024 and 24 Dec 2024 to 5 Jan 2025 apply.
7. Sassy Media Group reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions. In the case of a dispute, the decision of Sassy Media Group will be final.
8. Data Protection: By opting to receive email newsletters from Sassy Hong Kong, you will be added to the Sassy Hong Kong mailing list so you can be in the loop about future Sassy Hong Kong news. We will share your email address with the sponsors of the prize and your email address will be added to the sponsor´s email mailing list.
9. Please let us know if you do not want your email address to be added to Sassy Hong Kong’s or the sponsors’ mailing lists. However, the transfer of the prize winner’s contact details to the sponsor is necessary for the provision of the prize.
