Get Dapper and Decadent this NYE with Stockton Whiskey Bar

New Year’s Eve… the last night of the year, time to wave goodbye to the old and say hello to the new. Love it or hate it, there’s no avoiding it and it’s just around the corner. With more and more of us choosing HK as our stomping ground for the celebrations this year, the decision on where to go is a tough one. So this weekend we checked out Stockton – a hidden whiskey bar on Wyndham Street, to see if it could be our party venue of choice.

Like any good secret bar in Honkers, it took us a fair while to find the entrance. Serious looking door man -check. Blackout curtains – check. Thoughts that you will be the only one inside – check. Entering and realising you aren’t the only cool kid in town that knows the hot spots – check.

Sassy Girls are quite the regulars here (read the full review) and nearly all of us have been now (I’m guessing the rest of us just couldn’t find the entrance?), but when we heard that they are throwing a Dapper Decadence New Years Eve Party, we were pretty excited to find out more.

What’s the deal?

Of course, on New Year’s Eve there are a few ingredients needed to make it a night to remember (or should we say forget due to the bubbles?):

You get our point. Fitting in nicely with our wish list, Stockton is offering early bird guest a free bottle of champagne for a table of 4 or above (from 6-10pm). Then from 10pm onwards, the party really begins; $580 will get you FREE FLOW alcohol until 2am and at 1am, free flow canapes!
