MO BAR (Mandarin Oriental Singapore) is presenting an exciting “Nomadic Foragers” series where its Head Bartender, Michele Mariotti, will travel to different cities across Southeast Asia to create drinks using a combination of Singapore’s local ingredients and the host country’s spices and fruits. Join Michele at his Hong Kong stop and head to COA on Friday for a night of fusion drinks and cocktails galore.
