Bamboo Yoga

It’s getting warmer, making it the perfect weather to get outdoors. Head to Sai Kung for one of Bamboo Yoga‘s aerial yoga workshops, with separate sessions for beginners and for more experienced yogis! Both include a beautiful hike, beach warm up flow and aerial yoga on bamboo tripods.
