It’s not exactly a secret that Hong Kong loves its food. Taking place from Wednesday, 9 May until Friday, 11 May, Gourmet Asia will be playing home to a huge selection of industry favourites for three-whole days. Along with tastings of mouth-watering dishes from around the world (and checking out your competition, if you’re in the bizz!), the event will also give industry professionals and foodies alike the chance to get hands-on experience with the latest dining trends and innovations in the 852.

From meeting suppliers, and sneaking a look at the latest gadgets and tools, to being inspired and getting some top tips from the incredible chefs who will be leading talks and demonstrations throughout the three-days, Gourmet Asia is set to be a treat for all the senses.
