Healthy and picturesque breakfast bowls
Smoothie bowls seem to be everywhere at the moment and we’re not complaining! These Pinterest-worthy works of art are tasty, filling and oh-so good for you, especially the ones at the new Genie Juicery in Sai Yin Pun. We’ve been fans of Melanie and Cara’s awesome juices since the beginning, so we couldn’t wait to check out the brand new location and latest additions to their fabulous, raw menu.

Between 8am – 8pm everyday, Genie Juicery in Sai Ying Pun serves up a selection of salads, juices, ‘Nice Pops’ and of course, smoothie bowls. Exclusive to this Genie Juicery location, you can choose from three good-for-you smoothie flavours that’ll give you every reason to get out of bed early in the morning! Whether you’re out for a morning run, fuelling up before a hike or just fancy a light and healthy brekkie, swap the usual poached eggs and avo on toast for something colourful, creative and above all, delicious.
Choose from the indulgent Chocolate for Breakfast, a smooth and creamy combo made from raw cacao, bananas and coconut cream, or go for the protein packed banana, spinach, walnut and almond milk, Green Scream. For a sweet, refreshing treat, we love the simple Berry Nice – a blend of our fave berries, açai and mint!
As always, Genie Juicery’s menu is packed full of nutritious, raw ingredients and these bowls are perfect as an on-the-go snack or as an energising start to the day. A large bowl of smoothie goodness is just $75 including four toppings, and we can’t get enough. We love that you can pick and choose your toppings (fresh fruits, chia, cacao-nibs, coconut flakes and gluten-free granola) meaning you can have an entirely different bowl each time you go…
With endless combinations of refreshing fruity goodness, the camera definitely eats first when it comes to this blended breakfast!
