Everybody has heard of the famous Tim Ho Wan – the self-labelled “dim sum specialists” are also one of the cheapest Michelin-starred restaurants in the world. Bring your patience with you as you will no doubt have to wait in queue for your dim sum delights… but it’s worth it for the amazing baked Char Siu Bao (the best in HK, we reckon!).
