A highlight we always recommend is the Bohemian Garden on level six. Here, your pup can frolic on an English countryside-inspired lawn, complete with Mini Cooper benches and station signs. When it’s time to refuel, head to Elephant Grounds, where the outdoor seating area welcomes pets to chill alongside you. Alternatively, if you’re in the mood for a cosy vibe, the pet-friendly Ukiyo is just the spot. For an extra special treat, take the pet-only lift up to the seventh floor, where an entire level is dedicated to pampered pets. With stepping stones, benches and climbing platforms designed for ultimate pet enjoyment, your furry friend will be in heaven. Just remember, pets need to be kept in strollers or carried while inside the mall.

- IFC Mall – While unexpectedly pet-friendly, IFC Mall in Central only allows leashed pets to briefly walk through the premises but not enter stores. www.ifc.com.hk
- Mikiki – Hong Kong’s first Japanese-inspired mall in San Po Kong pioneers a welcoming pet policy by allowing leashed pets and pets in carriers or strollers, providing complimentary amenities like strollers and muzzles. www.mikiki-mall.com.hk
- Elements –While Elements allows dogs in strollers, they’re not recommended in stores and elevators can be difficult to find. Instead, we recommend visiting Civic Square, with its abundance of alfresco dining options. www.elementshk.com

- Kowloon City Plaza – Also allows pets to enter the mall premises, but requires pet owners to place pets in strollers, bags or be held. Some stores welcome pets to enter. www.kcp.hk
- Popcorn – Similarly, pets must be in strollers, bags or held by owners, but can access designated shops and owner’s restrooms in this Tseung Kwan O mall. www.popcorntko.com.hk
- New Town Plaza – Connected to Sha Tin Station, New Town Plaza welcomes pet owners to bring their pets in strollers or bags. - Ocean PopWalk – The mall’s service centre offers pet strollers for rent (a form must be filled out and a deposit of $200 is required). They also provide dog toilets, pee pads, poop bags, water dispensers, wet wipes and leashes. www.popwalk.com.hk (website is in Chinese)
- East Point City – Pets are allowed, but they must be carried or placed in a stroller. Unfortunately, there are no pet-friendly restaurants or shops, so it is only ideal for a quick stroll. www.eastpointcity.com.hk
