Following the success of its Central branch which opened in early 2019, Ramen Cubism is opening up shop in Tsim Sha Tsui this month. To celebrate the opening, celebrity ramen champion Hayashi Takao will be introducing his iconic “Japan Next Generation Ramen Competition Champion Ramen – Miso Ramen” ($138) exclusively in Tsim Sha Tsui from 9 December, which will then be available across both branches thereafter.
