WEEKENDER: Cocktails & canapés night at PURE Bar + Restaurant, shopping & champers at Tory Burch, Beertopia festival & more

12 April, 2013

We hope the first five-day week back at work after the holidays hasn’t been too traumatic – and that you ate loads of Easter eggs to make up for it! To get you over those back-to-work blues, we’ve lined up plenty of delicious food, awesome shopping and even a beer festival to make sure your week goes off with a bang!

Pure Tuesday night heaven
Could anything exciting possibly happen on a Tuesday night?! Well we have just the thing! Pure Dining‘s Sous Chef, Chetan Kohli will be bringing us a night of scrummy Cocktails & Canapés over at Pure Bar + Restaurant. What could be better for beating the mid-week blues than sipping on some vodka strawberry energizer, cooling down with a cucumber martini and chowing down on some truffled popcorn shrimp after a long day at work? There’s also smoked salmon mousse with poached pear on toast, chorizo & shallot bruschetta, and rare tuna with egg nori & lump fish caviar canapés, to name just a few of the delicious delights on the menu! With two hours of open bar (yes, you heard right – two hours!) and bite-sized scrummy nibbles on tap, this might just be the best Tuesday night you’ve had in a looong time! Get booking, girls!
