Whenever I am back to Hong Kong, first place I would go is Tufei Painpain at 59 Staunton Street, they make excellent artisan sourdough breads from organic flours & ingredients… beautiful crusts and heartwarming tastes… just like those I used to hv back home made by mother!! The owners themselves are the bakers and they will take pre-orders too, bread cravers shouldn’t miss!!
