Shopping tips for the Lanvin by H&M devotees

So, the big question we have for you is…

Will you be standing in line on Tuesday morning (23 November) for the much anticipated Lanvin for H&M collection?!

If the answer is yes then you may want to read the helpful tidbits below that the H&M team have put together to help you completely understand how the shopping frenzy will work.

Make sure you report back on what goodies you get. We are still trying to decide if we will venture out or just dream of Lanvin while tucked comfortably in our beds!

What do I do if I arrive before opening hours?
If there is a queue, please wait in the queue and H&M store staff will inform you how you will be able to shop the collection.

How does the queuing system work?
The first 320 people queuing will receive one of 16 different coloured bracelets, 20 people for each bracelet colour; on the bracelet you will be given a specific time for shopping in our designated area. The bracelets are only needed for the women’s collection. Customers buying the men’s collection will not require a bracelet.

When it is your allotted time, you will be allowed into the designated area to shop for 15 minutes. Our goal is to create a better shopping experience for all of our customers.

If you are not one of the first 320 in the queue, you will of course have the opportunity to shop from the rest of the collection or within H&M. When the 16 groups have finished shopping the designated area will be open for all our customers.

To allow as many customers as possible the chance to purchase from the Lanvin for H&M collection, we will limit each item from the collection to a maximum of one piece per product i.e. not more than one size (shoes/garments) or piece (accessories) per product per customer. The limitation covers the whole Lanvin for H&M Collection. Your place in the queue does not guarantee any items from the Lanvin for H&M collection.

Which stores carry the collection?
Queen’s Road Central
Canton Road
Elements
Langham Place

*** The above stores will open its doors at 8:00am in the morning

We are totally loving the promotional video for the collection. If you haven’t seen it, it is worth taking a 4-5 minute break in the day.
