Fringes – Are they a great accessory for fall?

I have been growing out my fringe for a little bit now and I have finally convinced myself that I am ready to go back to my “no fringe” look…that is until I stumbled across the below pictures of Daria Werbowy from the May 2010 issue of US Vogue. I personally am loving the fringe on her and I actually think a fringe is the perfect accessory for fall/winter dressing and it has gotten me to wonder why I am growing it out at all.

Now, I am totally realistic and am well aware that even with my fringe back in tact I would never look like Daria so I am thinking  the next best thing is to channel her look which to me just screams perfect autumnal style. I am loving the browns, camel and cream tones in all three of these pics and while I am not giving up my beloved black clothes quite yet I think some warmer tones are in the cards for me this fall….fringe or no fringe.
