Within Hullett House, The Parlour’s high ceilings, lazy fans, and airy ambience set you back into colonial Hong Kong. The afternoon tea might seem a little expensive for so little food, but it’s the elegant vibe that brings people back here. There are three rooms filled with different cultural elements – a dragon bar with Chinese lanterns, Victoria Harbour paintings, and King George IV’s loved Chinoiserie all reflect the different segments of Hong Kong’s past. The weekend champagne brunch is a perennial favourite.
