Ever since the restaurant opened its doors to the public, Hong Kong’s tycoons, celebrities, and foodies have been coming non-stop to try Catalunya’s exquisite Spanish tapas. Word on the street is that the traditional “Segovian Style” suckling pig is a must try – besides the crispy deliciousness of the dish, serving the suckling pig is a tableside performance in and of itself where servers demonstrate their culinary skills by cutting up the tender pork meat with plates!
